- 4 CHOPPED WHOLE CILANTRO
- 4 PARSLEY LEAVES
- 2 WHOLE ONIONS, CHOPPED SMALL
- 3 CHOPPED CARROTS
- 2 CHOPPED BOK CHOY
- 5 CELERY STICKS CHOPPED SMALL
- 5 CLOVES OF GARLIC CHOPPED SMALL
- FRESH TYHME (2 OR 3 STRANDS)
- A LITTLE ROSEMARY
- LIME JUICE (SQUEEZE 2 LIMES)
- RAW WHOLE GREEN LENTILS
- DANDELION GREENS OR STEMS
- 1 RHUBARB CHOPPED MEDIUM SIZE
- DASH OF SEA SALT
- ALL NATURAL SEASON SALT
- BASIL SEASONING
- ONION POWDER
- GARLIC POWDER
- TEA SPOON OF CAYENNE PEPPER
- SMALL PIECE OF JALEPENO PEPPER
HOW TO COOK ALL OF THESE HEALTHY INGREDIENTS :)
*PLACE ALL OF THESE YOUR SEASONING AND FRESH SPICES ALONG WITH 2 QUARTS OF WATER INTO YOUR CROCK POT OR STEW POT AND LET THEM BOIL.
*THEN ADD YOUR LENTILS
*COVER YOUR POT AND LET SOUP COOK UNTIL DONE
*FOR CROCK POT YOU MAY USE HIGH TEMPERATURE
*FOR STOVE POT KEEP YOUR SOUP ON A MEDIUM LOW HEAT
