What Are Your Health Goals? If one is to eat healthier food that taste good Above Is a photo of some healthy meal alternatives! On the right in the blender is a fresh fruit smoothie with avocado and a hint of 100% Maple Syrup.
This Smoothie is a great choice for a healthy breakfast. What you will need is below ;)
1. Strawberries
2. Mangos
3. Lime
4. 1 Avocado
5. 100% all natural Maple Syrup (Can be purchased from whole foods, trader joes, or your local farmer's market; if your supermarket does not have it.
Avocado replaces the need for yogurt as a filler in your smoothie. It's an wonderful and much healthier alternative because it is dairy free :). I will post more about the wonder of avocados !

Sauteed talapia, brocolli, and sweet potatoe
Talapia Seasoning Ingredients
1. 1 chopped onion
2. fresh cilantro
3. fresh thyme
4. mild red pepper
5. cayenne pepper
6. sea salt
7. onion & garlic power
8. fresh sage
9. basil
10.1 chopped tomatoe
Sautee fish at medium heat with olive oil until cooked well!
Mash Sweet Potatoes- you may boil or bake your sweet potatoes and then mash them, for a more smooth texture add a little almond milk
Brocolli- Steam brocolli for 4-6 minutes.
